Update on 2024-2025 Before and After School Program Registration

System Re-Opening Tuesday, July 3rd by 8:00 AM

We are pleased to announce that our registration system for the 2024-2025 Before and After School Program will reopen on Tuesday, July 3rd by 8:00 AM.

For parents that completed registration and received their confirmation, no action is required.

Parents who encountered registration issues on Monday, June 17th, and were unable to complete their registration will have until 11:59 PM on July 12th to finalize their registration and submit their requested days of care. Following this deadline, days will be allocated based on the order of parents' first login attempts on June 17th. Confirmation emails will be sent once the requested days are allocated for each registration. Parents can expect their confirmation email the week of July 15th until all registrations have been confirmed.

Please note, there is no rush to log in immediately when the system reopens. Ample time has been provided to ensure all parents are familiar with the procedure and have sufficient opportunity to complete their registration within the designated timeframe. During this period, all parents, including those registering for the first time, must submit their requested days for processing. The system for registration will continue to be open throughout with the deadline applying only to those that attempted to register on July 17th and were unsuccessful so that OneHSN can allocate according to login priority.

Beyond the allocation period, all parents can continue to register with the system processing each registration as they come in and with immediate confirmation as normal. Schedules changes will be available July 22nd for all parents to update their schedules.
